Negroni History
There are many stories about who created the first Negroni. We like to believe it originated in Florence, Italy in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked for a stronger version of his favourite cocktail – the Americano (Campari, Red Vermouth and soda water).  The bartender replaced the traditional soda for gin, and the world-famous aperitif was born.
